Stockholm Rock Out Postoned Until September

Due to the flight disruption caused by the volcano in Iceland (but more likely due to the poor ticket sales that have already caused the cancellation of both Slaughter and Bulletboys) the organisers of Stockholm Rock Out have postponed the event, scheduled for April 30 and May 1, until September 10-11.

In it's place there will be a one-day event on May 1 with the following line-up (flights permitting):

Tigertailz
XYZ
Crashdiet
Chris Laney
Vains of Jenna
Nasty Idols
Fatal Smile

For the September rescheduled festival only Great White, Keel and Pretty Boy Floyd have confirmed so far.

Tickets for the original dates in April/May are valid for September and will also gain holders free entry to the make-up concert on May 1. Additional tickets will be available for 260,- SEK in advance, or 350,- SEK on the door.

The Chris Laney album launch pre-show on April 29 will go ahead as planned but has been moved to Harry B James.

U.D.O. continues to struggle with Belarus

For a second time U.D.O. shows in Belarus have had to be cancelled. This time they were cancelled by the band's Russian promoter who was reportedly having difficulties with local promoters in Belarus.

However, with those two dates now available, an extra show has been booked in Kiev, Ukraine on April 20 at the Shtoyla Club.

U.D.O.'s full itinerary is here.
